We will consult with you to ensure that we deliver individualised care based on your needs and wishes, with on-going assessments and care planning to enable the flexibility to respond to your changing needs as they arise.
We aim to treat all residents with respect and dignity and ensure that we operate in an open and honest environment, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere in your home.
We will establish close links with other care professionals, families and friends and the wider community to ensure you receive the correct support in a timely manner.
You will have your own bright, modern and comfortable room with an en-suite wet room and wc. These rooms have a neutral décor to enable you to personalise them with your own belongings should you wish.
We also have available for your use an adapted bathroom so you can enjoy a warm relaxing bath in safety and comfort.
Food will be freshly prepared, and where possible locally sourced to ensure you are served healthy nutritious meals three times a day. In addition drinks and snacks will be available throughout the day. You have the option of dining with other residents in our dining room or having your meals served in your own room if you wish. We aim to make mealtime an inclusive social occasion and will celebrate birthdays and special occasions.
We would like for you to continue with any hobbies or interests that you already have and where possible we will support you. We offer a variety of other activities such as traditional games, musical guests and entertainers along with pet therapy visits for those who enjoy the company of animals.
Pets may be accepted at the discretion of the manager and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
