The Old Chapel is set in the village of Haigh on the border between Barnsley and Wakefield, it is just a quarter of a mile from junction 38 of the M1.

The Old Chapel has always been a focal point of the village, enjoying a previous life as a chapel/community centre and meeting point for this close-knit community. It has now been renovated to a high standard, offering residential care for fifteen residents – a change which has been welcomed by the village.

The old chapel is a family run business which aims to provide high quality care for residents over the age of 65. With only 15 residents we feel we are able to give truly individualised care and foster meaningful relationships with each of our residents.
